Payment Options:

There are two ways to work with me. Choose the option that fits your situation best.

Use Insurance

Nutrition counseling is sometimes fully covered by insurance, and some clients can pay $0 out-of-pocket depending on their plan.

I currently work with patients who have plans such as:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• United Healthcare
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Devoted Health
• Medical Mutual of Ohio
• Community Health Network

Coverage varies by plan. You can use the link below to verify your insurance benefits and book an appointment.

Self-Pay Option

If your insurance plan is not listed above, self-pay visits are often the simplest and most affordable option.

Many clients choose self-pay if they:

• Have insurance plans not listed above
• Have high deductibles
• Prefer straightforward pricing without insurance involvement

Self-pay appointments are typically more cost-effective than paying out-of-pocket through insurance plans that are not in network.

HSA and FSA cards are accepted, allowing many clients to use pre-tax healthcare funds for nutrition counseling.

Not sure which option applies to you?

If your insurance is listed above, start by checking your coverage. If not, the self-pay option is often the most affordable path.

"Working with Morgan completely changed how I approach nutrition. She made everything feel realistic and manageable, and for the first time I feel confident in my food choices."
